The Varlet and the Voyeur, aka Penny Reid!

Penny and L.H. Cosway are such a good combination. Every single one of Penny's books has such unique characters with such relatable problems. Whenever there is a female lead who is a mess I immediately want to say, I feel you girl. Josey and Will were such opposites that their coupling was very adorable to watch. They complemented each other perfectly which only led me to loving Josey more. This series is coming to a close and I can't help but think of all the characters Penny's books have introduced and think that Will's conundrum is so interesting. When you think of a voyeur its usually in the sense of erotica or dark romance, but the fact that his voyeurism is rooted in a deeper problem rather than sexual satisfaction makes this storyline so unique.

The quirkiness of characters like these make you believe there really is someone out there for everyone. Thats what Penny does, love the faults in a character and believe it will be okay in the end. A great series to try!
